Pay is quite generous compared to APS. Pay bump after graduate program. No bonuses.

My pay is very competitive against similar positions in other jurisdictions. That said, pay should increase to match current inflation rates, and super should match federal levels. I do not receive bonuses.

I don't believe we have any bonuses, but I've not been around a full year yet. The pay is about $10,000 more than the federal grad programs I saw when I was looking, but it may have changed since then. We are very well paid from my understanding.
