Provide and ensure that all data/reports needed for analysis of the assessment process/exploration of employee potential are well-documented (assessment report reports, psychograms, assessment logs, psychotest logs, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors about the documentation process and the completeness of all assessment file.
Ensure cooperation documents with external parties according to company standards.
Carry out implementation and monitoring of all employee potential exploration processes / ongoing assessments.
Make fund applications and prepare documentation reports on the use of assessment funds.
Qualification
Mastering interview techniques and various psychological/assessment methods.
Able to analyze psychological test and various assessment methods results.
Have good presentation skills.
Educational Requirement
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00 or a Master's Degree in professional psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
Work Experience
Open for fresh graduates.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
