<p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>Our paid <strong>Internship Program </strong>is 12 weeks full-time from November 2025 until February 2026 and will provide you with a range of opportunities that will see you grow and strengthen your technical and soft skills over the summer break.&nbsp; You will receive exceptional mentoring and hands on experience from our team of experts including your buddy, manager and business unit directors.</p><p>Our program is designed for university students in their penultimate year working towards:</p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Communications</li><li>Bachelors Degree in International Relations</li><li>Bachelors Degree in Journalism</li><li>Bachelors Degree in Law or Politics</li><li>Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Management</li></ul><p>The program is integral in growing Babcock’s capability within Defence and creating a pipeline of talent to power the future growth of our business.</p><p>We are committed to investing in your future and at the successful completion of your internship there is the possibility of part-time employment in our team while you finish your qualification, where you will have the flexibility to adjust your days each semester and be supported in balancing your studies whilst gathering valuable work experience.</p><p><i>As an Intern, you will need to:</i>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Be an Australian Citizen in order to be eligible for Defence Security Clearance;</li><li>Have exceptional communication skills;</li><li>Demonstrate outstanding initiative and be able to prioritise well;</li><li>Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite;</li><li>Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;</li><li>Be able to commence our program on 17th November 2025.</li></ul><p><strong>Who are Babcock?</strong></p><p>Babcock International Group, the aerospace and defence company, has been trusted to deliver bespoke, highly skilled engineering services for over a century.&nbsp;</p><p>Across Australia and New Zealand, Babcock has grown to a team of over 1,600 talented people, and we are on a path of continued growth and expansion.
