Develop creative ideas for program development of Merchant Community and Engagement
Develop collaboration ideas with internal and external partners or stakeholders of Merchant Community and Engagement
Manage smooth alignment and coordination with internal and external stakeholders for program execution
Manage post-event evaluation after program execution for its improvement and reporting for relevant stakeholders
Identify partnership opportunities for funding, barter, and/or in-kind for collaboration with Merchant Community and Engagement
Establish relationships, negotiate, secure, and maintain the partnerships with key business and community partners for Merchant Community and Engagement
Requirement:
Minimum bachelor degree with any major/educational background with a strong understanding of partnerships and sale
Preferably have at least 1 year of working experience related to business partnerships and/or community events
Experience in developing community events with creative ideas and collaboration
Experience working in the marketplace is a plus
Outstanding in communication and interpersonal skill
Strong in presentation and negotiation skills
Strong in empathy and people skills
Possess an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
A Sense of initiative, mature judgment, and entrepreneurial spirit is a plus.
Sense and eagerness on community and business development is also a plus.
