Job Description
- Daily visit to maintain the relationship with the customer based on the coverage area
- Encourage customers to boost their community transaction (FMCG & FnV), improve their number of members, and support their Mitra to level up
- Identify Mitra difficulties to develop their community and provides suggestion or solution to improve the community performance
- Utilize on-going program/voucher/promo to gain Mitra productivity
Requirements
- Min. 1-year experience as Sales, Direct Sales or Sales Acquisition
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working in fast moving or community company setting (preffered)
