Position Summary

Real Estate Services – PMO Support Analyst

Are you passionate about working with data and creating visually interactive reports and presentations? The role involves working with Real Estate Services (RES) leadership team and supporting them in strategic priorities/initiatives in line with the function’s overall business objectives. The position is part of the Strategy, Planning & Operations (SP&O) vertical of RES and reports to the US India lead of the SP&O team.

Work you’ll do

PMO Support Analyst role interacts regularly with the key stakeholders of the US SP&O team to support various project lifecycle activities and deliverables. The role also acts as a liaison with the other teams such as IT, Security, Operations, Talent, Finance, Corporate Development, and others. The position would involve the development of decks, reports, and dashboards.

Essential Functions of the Role:

  • Conduct full lifecycle activities which include data collection, data cleaning, data exploration/analysis, and reporting for the Real Estate decision-making process
  • Work with IT team to ensure continuous data accuracy and identify data discrepancies in systems that require immediate attention and resolution
  • Implement & improve quality controls across projects with a keen eye for detail
  • Develop insightful presentations for various leadership connects
  • Manage the internal team SharePoint site(s); upload relevant work product material, and update the Project tracker regularly
  • Develop and manage various real estate dashboards
  • Create & maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) to document process steps for each deliverable
  • Provide PMO support to Real Estate Program Manager
  • Provide high quality administrative support on various project activities
  • Participate in Project review/touchpoint meetings, prepare minutes of the meeting and list the action items, as well as track tasks to confirm if they are completed
  • Adopt a consultative /partnering approach with stakeholders; ability to ‘wear many hats on the job
  • Identifies areas of innovation and/or improvement and work with functional team leaders in achieving them
  • Lead and participate in special projects as requested including process improvement initiatives, strategic planning activities, innovation-focused initiatives, and other strategic initiatives
  • Conduct business in a culturally sensitive manner, capable of handling interactions with a “global” mindset
  • Foster, develop and build high-impact relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Epitomize the essence of a collaborator and a team player but also able to work independently with little or no support when needed

The Real Estate Services Strategy Analyst/Senior Analyst Role will be part of the Strategy and Planning group within the Real Estate Strategy Planning and Operations (SP&O) team.

Qualifications & Expertise

  • Graduate degree with professional qualification (MBA preferred)
  • 1 – 3 years relevant work experience with emphasis in Strategy and analytics support
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail in all aspects of communication
  • Strong logical & analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to ideate and innovate
  • Experience working with a US-based company; Real Estate exposure preferred
  • Experience working in a team and as an individual contributor
  • Comfortable interacting with senior leadership (Senior Manager / Managing Director level)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau/QlikView/Power BI preferred
  • Exposure in developing automation scripts preferred
  • Familiarity with using third party Lease Administration database programs and knowledge on commercial lease abstraction of countries outside the U.S. is a plus
