Your role

Responsibilities:

As part of the Talent Acquisition team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for managing hiring and partnering with a range of stakeholders to provide a solution-focused service that drives the acquisition of top talent across the firm. 

  • Interns will be supporting in sourcing profiles through Naukri (Post initial training)
  • Support in cold calling the candidates who have applied for the open demands through various internal channels and collect the basic details
  • Update the candidate and interview tracker on a daily/weekly basis
  • Support the recruiters in scheduling and follow-ups of interviews
