Work you’ll do

As a Senior Executive in our Forensic & Disputes team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

  • Assist in carrying out the mission and goals of the Tip-offs Anonymous practice by providing high quality support and information to the whistle-blowers associated with the Deloitte’s Tip-off Anonymous service clients.
  • Answer the Tip-offs Anonymous phone line in a compassionate and professional manner
  • Understand whistle-blower’s concern(s)
  • Probe effectively to gather maximum information
  • Update the case management system with accurate and factual information provided by the whistle-blower.
  • Prepare the report and transition it to Quality Analyst team for further approvals.
  • Manage the complaints registered via non-telephonic channels (web portal, email, post box etc.) and follow the steps listed above in point 1.b) to 1.d).
  • Stay abreast of domestic and global whistleblowing legislations
  • Maintain a level of comfort and ability around basic technology as well as future technology systems
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Participate in team and client meetings

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or MBA in any specialization.
  • Prior call center/ back-office operations experience would be an added advantage
  • Should have strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written English) skills with proficiency in minimum of two regional languages – Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada or Bengali
  • Excellent academic track record
  • Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management
  • Strong excel skills - quick and accurate manipulation of data
  • Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
