Job Overview

To support the customer care team by entering data/orders into the business tool.

Responsibilities

Mailbox Management

  • Monitors common mailboxes and transaction systems for incoming requests and logs requests in designated systems and/or tools.
  • Saves/Uploads/Archives Communication Records (Filenet, OCM, GMS, CRM, Shared Folders, SharePoint)
  • Generates transaction records and reports.
  • Acknowledges receipt of customer emails/POs/RFQs.
  • Responds to Level 1 general inquiries and requests received from the mailbox and identifies the need for escalations.
  • Allocates Requests/Tasks/Emails to appropriate individual/support group.

Order Management

  • Enters Data/Order/Items into Business System
  • Updates order/quote records/data/status in Business System
  • Updates pricing and dates in Business System.
  • Updates item promise ship date based on factory order acknowledgment data and informs planner about advances and/or delays in product shipment.
  • Validates and calculates pricing using system tools
  • Validates the Model Number in the business system/tool.
  • Escalates requests for model creation to the appropriate support group
  • Escalates model configuration issues to product configuration solutions team
  • Escalates requests to Tool Administrator for systems related concerns
  • Escalates pricing issues to the appropriate support group.
  • Escalates order-related and order management issues.
  • Resolves order management inquiries and support/function escalations from peers.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Open to fresh graduates or those with at least 1.5 years of experience in order admin support or function
  • Basic MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
