What your day-to-day could look like:

  • Work with the Community & Stakeholder Relations Manager and the broader Fulton Hogan team.
  • Assist with the development of strategies, events and collateral to inform and engage residents, traders, schools, community members and internal stakeholders about construction works taking place.
  • Collaborate with our traffic and construction teams to understand and mitigate impacts and disruptions.
  • Help us drive a strong community-focused approach throughout the delivery of our construction projects.

Let’s Connect:

  • You will have tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, public relations, community development, environment, urban planning, geography, social science or a related field;
  • A good organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Be community-focused, with a strong desire to deliver positive outcomes as part of a team.

What’s on offer?

The Fulton Hogan Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 12 month program, designed to assist you in obtaining teachings and exposure to various facets of our business.

Its purpose is to assist you to build a foundation for a successful career through the creation of networks, the habit of continuous learning and exposure to the skills and knowledge required. It includes:

  • Development Framework tailored to your area of specialism
