Fulton Hogan’s 2025 Australian Graduate Program is offered across its Construction, Infrastructure Services & Utilities businesses. Fulton Hogan is looking for the following Graduates to join its Support Services functions:

  • Environmental & Sustainability
  • Safety
  • Commercial, and
  • Surveying

This presents an exciting opportunity for a student in their final year or a recent graduate to begin their career in the construction industry which is currently booming. You will learn key activities relevant to your chosen discipline that play an important part in how Fulton Hogan build and manage critical infrastructure across Australia that connects communities and helps us shape a better world.

What we need from you:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Good leadership, organisational and communication skills with the ability to develop, manage and maintain great relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A high degree of enthusiasm and drive, with a strong desire to deliver positive outcomes as part of a team.
  • A practical mindset, with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
  • Flexibility to undertake regular travel to our project sites.

What’s on offer?

The Fulton Hogan Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 12 month program, designed to assist you in obtaining teachings and exposure to various facets of our business.

Its purpose is to assist you to build a foundation for a successful career through the creation of networks, the habit of continuous learning and exposure to the skills and knowledge required. It includes:

  • Development Framework tailored to your area of specialism;
  • Graduate Handbook to help you along your journey (Good work perks, Innovation project, Personal development sessions, Expectations, Mentoring, Wellbeing & Partnerships);
  • Professional Mentoring as you transition off the program and into your career;
  • A buddy who is a current or a recent Graduate, there to help you with those day to day questions;
  • The opportunity to work with your peers and present to our senior leaders;
  • Personal development sessions aimed at developing you professionally in the business, and;
  • A regional induction/welcome and a grad camp enabling you to network with other graduates and senior leaders in the business.
