External training from reputable institutions and high level trainings and certifications. Very satisfied.

Our first 6 weeks at the company was spent on the phone learning about HPE - While I now recognize that these skills are useful, I think sitting in an office with a bunch of new people and not being able to speak to any of them is quite counterintuitive Trainings required are often based on Australian timing which means I am often working outside of normal office hours I am a very hands on learner and like to get stuck in to a task and learn along the way rather than essentially sitting in lectures all day

Training is great as they put a lot of resources to ensure employees understand what is being taught. Whether it be standard business conduct or portfolio training with certificates that can be shared on Linkedin.

We have plenty of training programs on offer, whilst also shadowing people.

Lots of self-paced online learning which gets old quickly and makes it hard to absorb heaps of information.
Graduate, Sydney - 07 Aug 2023
AWS certifications and internal certifications

Formal trainings have been very thorough which is nice, but can be a little boring and slow. Informal training is completely unstructured at HPE and depends on your team. I have had some good and definitely some bad. The Graduate Program itself still has some ways to go before I would be happy with the structure of the training for completely new graduates, but this is made up for by the teams you get to work with.
