The role has the standard 38-hour work week with a hybrid/flexible work environment depending on the sort of work that needs to be completed. Upgrades or troubleshooting of issues that cannot be done remotely will require employees to visit site. Flexible hours for work are dependent on your role and an arrangement can be made specifically with your manager. Overtime paid work may be required time to time depending on customer needs for work to be conducted after hours, or if other urgent issues arise.

My work hours at Honeywell are fairly flexible. As long as I meet my required hours for the week, there is some flexibility in how I schedule my time. This allows me to manage my workload effectively and maintain a good work-life balance. The company understands the importance of flexibility, which is particularly helpful given the demanding nature of on-site work.

I tend to work the 9-5, occasionally, I find myself working additional hour but I tend to just reduce the working hours for the next day. Manager seems flexible with working hours, people in the team, can adjust accordingly so long as the total hours are met.

The company is flexible with when you do your hours, so for example I start earlier in the day and finish earlier, but I still have to do all my prescribed hours.
