ITW is a diverse company. There could be more workshops run for women and LGBTQI+ groups throughout the year. I don't really see a lot, especially in Australia, regarding LGBTIQI+ people in the workplace.

ITW offers flexible working arrangements for parents, and offers groups that cater to different social groups like IWN and YPN. The workforce is also visibly very diverse so these programs and associations aren't just for show.

There is female representation at the executive and leadership level which is nice to see. recruitment, retention etc. - Cannot comment on other aspects since I have not had to encounter them

Diversity is extremely important to our company, with the key values respect and trust which underpins how all employees work. Many of our leadership team are women, which in the construction industry is outstanding and inspiring.

From my understanding there isn't any program specifically catered to disadvantaged social groups in the recruitment process as of yet.
