Job Description
We are recruiting for an Administrator in the UK CRM team. Working as a team member, your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members on the Data Quality Management process aligned to UK member firm
- Help maintain data consistency on Sentinel, MS Dynamics CRM, and SAP through in-house audits and help validate the information through external/internal sources
- Ensure that each delivery is both efficient and reliable in quality
- Maintain a regular connect with your line manager and pro-actively update on business delivery, volume management, time constraints, and conflicts
- Ensure that the knowledge required to perform the role to a high standard is constantly up to date with changing procedures
- Be able to prioritize work tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Have exceptional attention to detail and take accountability for delivery and quality
- Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings
Mandatory Skills
- Qualifications: Graduates from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 Institute or equivalent Post Graduation/diploma
- Total Experience:
- 0-1 year of business-relevant experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage). Data management experience preferred.
