Your role

Internship duration:

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (1 July 2024 – 10 Jan 2025).

About the team:

The Mission of the OMS team is to support the business team to introduce and roll out D2C eCommerce across ASEAN and ANZ by following IT guidelines and ensuring compliance with standards are adopted. 

As an Intern, you will

• Support and manage Order Management System (OMS). Work closely with OMS partner (Project Manager, delivery team & support team).
• Manage and update the knowledge database and training materials; content development
• Maintain and coordinate communications with relevant internal/external teams
• Assist in daily tasks and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About you

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
• Background in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Good communication and analytical skills, with an eye for detail
• Proficient in Confluence and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Keen interest in E-Commerce
• Passionate about joining the FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
