Internship duration:
L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (2 January 2025 - 11 July 2025)
There are two tracks available:
Young Talent Management
Learning & Development.
As a Young Talent Management Intern, you will
Build and maintain partnerships with key academic partners to promote employment opportunities and upskilling initiatives under L’Oréal for Youth
Support campus activation activities such as L’Oréal Brandstorm and Career Fairs
Collaborate on employer branding projects ranging from content creation, and video-editing to social media campaigns
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance candidate experience
As a Learning & Development Intern, you will
Support the people development mission by implementing learning solutions
Diagnose, design, and roll out development plans
Create program materials and coordinate learning events
Partner with external providers/ consultants/ experts to deliver best-in-class learning experiences
Manage the communications with stakeholders regarding learning programs
Track internal data and metrics for reporting learning performance
About you
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
Strong in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or other editing software
Good communication and project management skills
Passionate about joining the FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
