Your role

Internship duration:

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (1 July 2024 – 10 Jan 2025).

About the team:

The cybersecurity team at L'Oréal wants to enhance how they share cybersecurity information with Zone IT. They notice that business stakeholders face difficulty finding the right resources, policies, and procedures, leading to knowledge gaps and downtime. To solve this, they plan to create a dedicated cybersecurity intranet for Zone IT, streamlining access to essential information and improving operational efficiency.

As an Intern, you will

  • Play an integral part in creating a well-designed and fully functional intranet platform for the cybersecurity team, by achieving the following;
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and incorporate feedback into the intranet development process
  • Set project goals, manage timelines, and tasks, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate and highlight platform functionalities to all IT users across the zone, which include but are not limited to internal information, policies and security updates, training materials, as well as incident reporting and feedback functions.

About you

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
  • Background in Business, Information Systems, or Mass Communications
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in any design application and professional copywriting
  • Passionate in joining the FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
