Your role

L'Oréal is looking for 2 interns in the Enterprise Architecture & Integration domain, the first intern contributes to the upstream creation, while the second focuses on specific market roll-outs.

Job Description 1:

• Support the Technology Factory on critical technology areas such as Low Code No Code and/or Test Automation.
• Review the Technology Factory demand assigned.
• Drive the Technology Implementation strategy. 
• Work with the Architecture team and Vendor partners on aligning the Technology Implementation strategy.
• Engage Demand stakeholders such as Business Platform PMs and Tech Leads to plan the Technology implementation.
• Drive effective Implementation Plan using Agile Sprints.
• Work with the Vendor Partner to drive implementation.
• Work with Business Platform PMs and Tech Leads to Sanity Test the Use cases.
• Summarise Progress reports to be leveraged by Technology Factory Lead.
• Proactively track, analyze, and report Project Risks and drive mitigation plans in support of the Technology Factory Lead.

Job Description 2:

• Organize and manage the RUN operation of the Analytics platform in the concerned perimeter (Zone).
• Follow up on the KPIs and coordinate actions for improvement both on the Flows and on the Platform.
• Organize its metrics through Dashboards and reports in SNOW.
• Ensure capacity planning aligns the capabilities of the platform with the needs of the business.
• Support the new platform deployments in the zone.
• Support zone for toolset deployments (ELK Stack).
• Manages dashboard follow-up (SLA, KPIs, issue Tracking, …).
• Make proposals for improvement to ensure quality of service.
• Ensure reporting to management and customers.

About you

To apply for this role, you must be:

• University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
• Background in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Basic proficiency in JAVA is a must.
• Experience in Power Platform, Test Automation, and/or Elastic Logstash Kibana is advantageous.
• Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus.
