Your role

As an IT Intern, you will assist with a global infrastructure demand process rollout with a global-managed service provider & China-managed service provider.

  • Roll out the process with zone demand managers with both global and China MSP.
  • Work with Zone demand managers and the ServiceNow (SNOW) team to create dashboards with key measurements of the demand lifecycle.
  • Work with Zone demand managers and global and China MSP to create demand surveys and produce monthly reports.
  • Based on the data from the SNOW dashboard and survey results, align concrete demand improvement actions and track action status.

About you

To apply for this role, you must be:

  • University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
  • Background in Business, Management, Information Systems, Business Relations and Communications.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in any design application and professional copywriting.
  • Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus.
