Your role
As an IT Intern, you will:
Create and distribute engaging newsletters showcasing recent developments, innovative projects, and noteworthy achievements within the digital innovation community.
Plan and execute monthly tech talks, bringing together internal and external experts to discuss emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the digital innovation space.
Conduct insightful interviews with key figures in the innovation community, sharing their experiences, challenges, and visions for the future.
Identify and assess potential partners (startups, SaaS providers, etc.) aligned with the company's innovation goals, providing comprehensive reports for decision-making.
Monitor the market for emerging innovations, technologies, and trends, providing regular reports on their potential impact and relevance to the company.
Provide business analysis and project management support for selected innovation projects, ensuring successful execution of Proof of Concepts.
Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for open innovation, including new processes, guidelines, and documentation to streamline collaboration with external partners.

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (1 July 2024 – 10 Jan 2025) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will be paired with an assigned manager who will help guide you throughout your internship. The Internship programs provide you with an orientation tailored to the length of your placement, giving you real insights into the workings of a multinational industry leader.

About you
To apply for this role, you must be:
University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
Background in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Entrepreneurship or Innovation.
Good communication and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign , Canva, Trello, Miro, Typeform, Figma, Sktech are advantageous but not mandatory.
Interest in new technologies is essential.
Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus.
