Your role

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (1 July 2024 – 10 Jan 2025).
L'Oréal presents two internship tracks:
Marketing
Digital Marketing.
As a Marketing Intern, you will
You will support the team working on this Open Innovation competition and together, bring it to life. This will include the management of multiple internal and external stakeholders and communication with corresponding partners and agencies
Designing the format and agenda of the Competitions in Singapore (one online version, one offline version)
Develop ideas to improve and refine this competition
Coordinate with country teams that are involved in this competition (India, Dubai)
Keep track of project timelines
Support your team in preparing for check-in meetings with management
Bring the rest of the organization on board this Open Innovation competition
Training & development

About you
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
Passionate about joining the FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
Excellent project management, organization, and planning skills
A self-starter and problem-solver attitude, and the ability to work independently and with ambiguity
A passion for simplification: an ability to articulate complex problems to non-experts and multiple stakeholders
An eye for detail
A genuine interest in their industry
An ability to build and leverage strong relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of stakeholders across cultures, functions, and geographies
Strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders
