Your role

Internship duration:

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (1 July 2024 – 10 Jan 2025).

As an Operations Intern, you will

  • Work closely with the operations team to perform quality management and assist with project management on transversal projects (e.g. new supplier integration, AD code, etc)
  • Prepare inventory report preparation, consolidation, and KPI analysis on a weekly and/or monthly basis
  • Manage and maintain data in the system and translate them into dashboards for reporting
  • Create, animate, and analyze sales data to produce insight-led reports

About you

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
  • Background in Supply Chain / Business Operations / Business 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude for numbers and enjoys working with large sets of data
  • Advanced in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Basic knowledge of ERP (SAP) is advantageous
  • Passionate in joining the FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
