Your role

Get involved with the inner workings of a successful and the world’s #1 Beautytech company, as you collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent, and creative people. Key responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the HR Business Partners on generalist tasks and regional HR projects
  • Support HR & Communication activities (e.g., newsletters, infographics, animating social community, graphics, and videos)
  • Assist in implementing key projects (e.g., mentoring, performance development, manager upskilling, employee survey) in line with the HR & Business priorities
  • Co-lead and champion the Learning community and engagement
  • Support in managing training-related administrative function
  • Support in the development of communication channels to different departments and markets
  • Co-lead staff engagement initiatives roll out
  • Consolidate, analyze, and transform complex HR and training data into holistic metrics, trackers, and actionable insights

Training, development & rotations

You will be paired with an assigned manager who will help guide you throughout your internship. The internship programs provide you with an orientation tailored to the length of your placement, giving you real insights into the workings of a multinational industry leader.

Compensation & benefits
