Research & Innovation Internship (Jan 2025)

Your role

The intern will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct market research on startups, technologies and innovations, and investors.    
• Under guidance, present reviews to various international teams at L’Oréal including experts. 
• Research on emerging technology from start-up companies in various industries and assess the quality of various proposals. 
• Participate in the development of collaboration structures and business models of innovation projects. 
• Contribute to the organization of other Open Innovation events and activities. 

About you

• Background and interest in technology-related fields such as Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry & Biomedical Sciences.
• Passion for spotting new technology opportunities in the beauty world.
• Keen interest in Technology and Sciences and their concrete applications in daily life.

Training & development

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (2 January 2025 - 11 July 2025) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient and agile learning students, who are eager to gain real-life working experience through solving purposeful challenges in the beauty tech business. You will be paired with an assigned manager who will help guide you throughout your internship. The Internship programs provide you with an orientation tailored to the length of your placement, giving you real insights into the workings of a multinational industry leader.
