Your role
As an intern, you will:
Support iBeauty project
iBeauty is a Retail clienteling application used across multiple markets in North Asia and SAPMENA.
Lots of activities are manually performed and would like to automate the following activities: Product Merchandising; API Testing (CRM, real-time).
Project management and coordination with markets for rollout and support.
Final Deliverables: Automous in API Testing automation; Being able to coordinate and roll out new projects; Familiar with agile methodology; Understanding of automation tools.
Support BACC project
BACC is a Beauty advisor conversational commerce tool to connect with customers.
Optimize/improve the UX of the application.
Liaise with business stakeholders on collecting business requirements for new features.
Support and assist the markets in increasing the adoption rate of the tool.
Project management and coordination with markets for rollout and support.
Training & development
L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (1 July 2024 – 10 Jan 2025) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will be paired with an assigned manager who will help guide you throughout your internship. The Internship programs provide you with an orientation tailored to the length of your placement, giving you real insights into the workings of a multinational industry leader.

About you
To apply for this role, you must be:
University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
Background in Computer Science or Information Systems.
Good communication and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in JIRA, Figma, and scripting languages (i.e. Python, node JS, or Google Script) is preferred.
Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus.
