Your role
As Training & Education Intern, you will:
Coordinate with the Retail & Education teams for content and event management (e.g. logistics for new point of sale counters).
Conduct learning performance reporting, handle administrative and coordination tasks for training activities, and manage vendor relationships for timely event execution.
Manage e-learning platforms through content creation and translation.
E-learning App User Management and act as an overall support for BA learning projects.
About you
To apply for this role, you must be:
University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
Background in Business/ Marketing / Communications.
Strong in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (PIVOT table, vlookup, data visualization) and PowerPoint.
Comfortable in Adobe Photoshop, Canva or editing software.
Strong in project management.
Fluent in English and Mandarin as the vendors are largely based in Mainland China.
Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus.
