Your role

Responsibilities:

• Support the Visual Merchandising team on daily administrative tasks and specific projects
• Assist with in-store visual merchandising such as developing key launch concepts, researching materials, and preparing display designs
• Work closely with Retail Design, Brand Marketing teams, Design Agencies, Contractors, and Vendors to enhance POS retail excellence
• Responsible for creating and tracking purchase orders, as well as generating PO reports
• Coordinate with vendors regarding material samples, as well as overseeing the picking, packing, and sending of samples back and forth

Training, development & rotations

You will be paired with an assigned manager who will help guide you throughout your internship. The internship programs provide you with an orientation tailored to the length of your placement, giving you real insights into the workings of a multinational industry leader.

Compensation & benefits

About you

• Proactive, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated autonomy to manage complexity projects & ad hoc tasks
• Having an aesthetic and design sensibility is preferred
• Good understanding of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
• Being passionate about joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
