The program runs from December to January and includes a structured induction, on-the-job training and learning opportunities. You will work alongside industry experts on impactful projects to set yourself up for a successful career once you complete your studies.

  • M&A, advisory, and markets (Melbourne/Perth)
    • Help advise businesses on mergers or acquisitions, support teams that trade essential commodities or work in treasury providing funding, capital and advisory services.
  • Retail banking (Melbourne/Perth)
    • Gain real customer-focused experience, helping people purchase a home, start a business or manage their finances.
  • Technology - Engineering (Melbourne) 
    • From designing to building and maintaining their systems, as an Engineer you could write code, develop or specialise in architecture, UI design, testing, business analysis or production support.
