As a Graduate, you'll work on real projects, gaining hands-on experience in a Project Engineer role. You’ll work both on-site and in the office between projects, collaborating closely with your team to gain hands-on experience in project delivery and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage sub-contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Assist in preparing project estimates, tender submissions, and developing project schedules.
  • Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution, and HSE compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Operational team to ensure a team-oriented approach to project delivery.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets as required, ensuring effective execution.

What you’ll bring:

  • Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights.
  • Must be studying or have completed an Undergraduate Degree (Bachelor’s) in Australia or New Zealand
  • A Construction Management or Engineering degree within the following disciplines: Mechanical, Civil & Structural, Mechatronic, Chemical, Electrical and Electrical & Instrumentation.
  • Ability to work on a FIFO or DIDO from Perth or Brisbane
  • Previous work experience within your chosen field through internships or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • A passion for the work we do and the desire to do real hands-on work in the field
