PEXA pioneered an electronic lodgement solution that simplifies property transactions – we're a national online property settlements platform. Since starting life in 2010, we now employ a team of 350 people working across 5 states. Today, we help 20,000 families settle their property safely each week.

Software Engineering Graduate Program

As part of our 18-month rotational graduate program you'll work in agile teams and get experience in all aspects of our technology business. The aim of this graduate program is to mentor, coach and develop your career in software development and engineering. You'll gain exposure to regular deployment cycles for technology solutions and have the opportunity to engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to translate technical requirements to non-technical people and vice versa.

So that you're set up for success, we've created a bespoke learning and development program to guide you through your 18-month graduate journey. Your development will kick off with a structured induction, designed to help you settle in and get to know PEXA. As your journey continues, you'll have the opportunity to learn from passionate industry leaders and gain greater insight into your own strengths, passions and interests. To thrive in our graduate program, we encourage you to embody a growth mindset, as you'll be exposed to a range of new challenges and opportunities that you may not have previously encountered.

In addition to building connections and receiving support from your colleagues across the business, you'll also have a dedicated mentor, PEXA buddy and people leader who will provide you with guidance and support. Your graduate cohort will also be a great source of support.

You will have completed a degree, discipline or major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Information Management, Information Systems, and Information Technology.

Applications for our 2021 Graduate Program will open in mid-March 2021. Before applying for the program, please ensure you meet our eligibility requirements:

• Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident
• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the last three years prior to the program start date of July 2021 (2018, 2019, or 2020)
• Have completed a relevant degree, discipline or major
• Be able to attend key assessment days virtually, as required
• Be available and eligible to commence the role in July 2021
