In our Transaction Services team, we’re looking for Summer Interns and Graduates in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland.

We’re looking for Summer Interns who will start with us in November 2025 and Graduates who will start with us in February 2026.

Commercial merger and acquisition transactions are all about planning and communication. As an Intern or Graduate your day might involve buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence projects, or financial analysis in relation to IPOs, investments, divestments and more. In our Transaction Services team you will have a real opportunity to learn from experts across the global PwC network.

• Bachelor degree with Accounting, Finance, or Economics majors
