Salary at RACV

Very fair given my position, experience and title.

I do not get bonuses as a grad and my pay is fair for the role

Pay is fine, bonuses are great

I believe the pay is fair for the graduate program and is also good coming off the graduate program. We do also have good staff benefits and if you are around for at least a year, depending on how well the business is doing that financial year, there is a decent staff bonus in the form of a voucher that you can spend on products from the business (accommodation, restaurants, solar panels).

Discounted car and house insurance and free roadside assistance. Discounted deals on accommodation at our resorts. We have a partnership with Ticketek where we can enter staff comps to win tickets for sporting matches and movies.

Best perks: Free gym, bathrooms, showers, hair straightener/dryer, lockers, iron. RACV club membership after a year of employment. Discounted insurance. Discounted mattresses from the provider that supplies mattresses for the resorts.

We have discounts to RACV products, such as 50% insurance, as well as corporate perks with other business, such as Apple, Lexus, etc. We are also automatically RACV members, getting access to member benefits, as well as becoming a club member after 12 months of employment.
