Your role

As an Analyst, your primary task would be to provide the required clarification on the profit or loss for every payment method requested or pricing requirement for any merchant activation. You are expected to drive deep-level checks on method-wise pricing & understanding of the cost to drive maximum gross margins for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with Razorpay’s partner banks to get their merchants onboarded on Razorpay.
• Understand and respond to various queries raised by both internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver against the set operational targets for assigned activities.
• Deliver strong working relationships with all the stakeholders, both external and internal.
• Ensuring adherence to a well-defined operational process set up for the assigned activities.
• Should have the ability to collaborate & execute activities. 
• Efficient use of google sheets or admin tools to drive maximum productivity.
• Work with cross-functional teams as and when required. 
• Achieve TAT targets consistently. 
• Understand and work towards team/organizations objectives
• Perform data evaluation on the merchant information provided.

Qualifications

• Fresher / 1- 3 years of Operational Experience in excel. Experience in the payment industry would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, verbal & written.
• Proven experience with google sheets or excel knowledge.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented personality. 
• Strong interpersonal & intrapersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with our banking representatives. 
• Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
• Should know how to use basic MS tools.
• Should be comfortable working on Saturdays.
• An analytical mindset with a proven record of handling data sets is an advantage.
• Have a strong handhold on presentation skills.
