What will you get to work on?

As FinOps Analyst, you will have to work on issues/queries raised by Merchants, Customers, or Banks about Settlement, Refunds, Transactions, Payments, etc. You will have to deal with different Banks for quick resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with the banks for refunds and settlement issues.
  • Need to closely work with Finance team for recon and other issues.
  • Solving tickets/queries raised by the merchants, customers, or bank.
  • Have good knowledge of the product to resolve any customer, merchant, or bank issues.
  • Review the open tickets assigned on FreshDesk and reply to queries related to the tickets.
  • Reconcile transactions and refunds with the partner banks.
  • Work with the Tech team for fixing refund and settlement issues.
  • Dealing with another team especially Support / Sales for resolution of queries.
  • Handling things that impact the inflow and outflow of funds at the transaction level.
  • Complete tasks considering SLAs and preparation of various reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

 

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • MS Office knowledge is mandatory
