Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordination - Understand the strategic priorities from the leadership team and plan initiatives to drive growth
  • Execution - Build in-depth knowledge of requirements/needs and offer and execute growth initiatives.
  • Reporting - Track the performance of initiative regularly using available dashboards & release weekly updates on performance
  • Driving Best Practices - Work with the team to understand the best practices. Set policies and processes to help scale products. Act as a process and system adoption agent.
  • Gatekeeping: Become a gatekeeper for all initiatives. Ensure sanity & hygiene of all the initiatives going live.
  • Customer Experience: Be the guardian of customer experience by ensuring the quality of experience. 
  • Coordination - Collaborate closely with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather all inputs, planning initiatives & ensure completion of relevant documentation

Desired Skills and Experience 

  • 0-2 years of operational expertise
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to work autonomously
  • Great time management skills and an ability to work toward deadlines
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and prioritize competing tasks
  • Expert-level knowledge of basic computer systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting (use of excel, doc, ppt)
  • Strong relationship skills, you can build partnerships with our marketers across the organisation
