Our Graduate Program

Our Commercial Graduate Program is a 2-3 year rotational program designed to give you real responsibility from day one, along with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills! As a Reckitt Graduate, you will be centre stage, making your mark on our brands and driving your own global career. Our Graduate program offers the following:

• Rotation program in eCommerce Sales & Digital Marketing – our fastest growing area and focus for future years!

Essential Requirements

• Must be able to work Full Time
• You must have graduated in the last 3 years, i.e. 2024, 2023, 2022
• Completion of your degree with a minimum credit average
• Full working rights
