There are several reports I run and publish throughout the week, and they illustrate information unique to Supply Chain activities such as outstanding items, ETAs on deliveries of items onsite, performance of suppliers and so on.

We discuss the progress of the sites, the delays, any mitigation strategies that we can employ and the forecast for the next week of work.

Time to start on the second project for the day. This is a school-led project, where we act as the school’s representative to administer the Contract and act as the Project Manager on the job. There is a site meeting with the contractor, architect, and school key contacts. Following this one-hour meeting, we complete a site walk around and Health & Safety inspection.
