For me, it is a great opportunity to be in this field where our impact echoes in the wider community. Just like the name of our team – we blend, we make ways, we adjust, we flow – to improve the quality of life.
I check my emails just before 8:00 and get myself ready for my tasks. Most of the staff are working from home. Ergo, there is much space for our team in the office.
A huge, and enjoyable, part of my role is to mentor staff and hire new staff, making sure they not only have the right experience but that they are the right cultural fit for our office.
