You are an adviser, a counsellor, a cheerleader, a boundary-setter, and on any given day you can be both the best and worst person in the world (if your students had any say, that is!).
The trainers are always by your side, and they imbibe in you all of the things that you’d been sorely missing - the TW goodies - pair programming, test-driven development, feedback culture - the whole nine yards.
Wherever we go we always have to check in either with the landholders or park rangers. This helps us build relationships with other land managers and also keeps us safe since they know where we are in case of an accident.
I work with the Law Design and Practice (LDP) financial advisor group. My role requires delivering financial resource management activities to enable the delivery of organisational priorities.
The diversity of the cohort is what I’ve loved most. People come from a variety of backgrounds and having that exchange of ideas in class has been very beneficial.
