Culture is great in the office and after hours. In the office - the culture is encouraging and supportive. The team is diverse and everyone is included. After hours - the culture is good. There are occasionally after work social activities that are really fun, it would be great to see more social events. There is a social club for a small fee that hosts occasional events - the events are great fun. Friendly atmosphere at lunch time, we sometimes have team lunches which are a fun opportunity to socialise. On other days, there is usually a variety of people to chat to in the lunch room. Structure and hierarchy - management are very approachable and genuinely supportive. Everyone is treated equally. Cooperation and teamwork - Team work is valued and graduates are given genuine responsibilities. The team are happy to pass on their knowledge and answer any questions I have. I feel heard and valued by my colleagues.

Generally, people across the board are very helpful and want to help young people learn. Have had great social friendships with co workers outside of the workplace as well.

The people are good and are always happy to assist. There is a lot of cooperation and teamwork amongst teams and departments. However due to there being not enough people to complete the job, there can be crunch when something is due.

Company culture is good amongst a select group of people. Everyone is happy to collaborate and interact with one another. However due to high turnover of staff there is a lot of new people and lack of certainty within teams.

There are times where the work is stressful, the hours are long and it can be overwhelming but we have a great team who work well together. The culture is inclusive and encourage and everyone works together to get the best out of each other.

Socializing within teams i have been exposed to is quite limited. during work hours and after hours. Very structured in hierarchy although I havent felt disconnected between management which is quite refreshing and often talk with senior members and managers within the business. Office culture however is definitely in need of improvement post COVID

The deadline for project is super tight, we barely have our free time during the peak periods. We have to OT everyday in order to finish the work.

The company's culture in the office is awesome, we always help each other even we are from different departments, there is no discrimination between female and male workers on the site, and also the bosses who always help their subordinates when they have difficulties, likewise, after hours we always gather together without discriminating between position and gender.

The culture stems from the ideals of the construction industry, which is tough and rigorous. However it is also rewarding. At times staff are allocated too sparse with the engineer turnover rate increasing.

The companies culture can be really hit and miss. Site personnel can get along really well, you become a team and almost a family. That being said, people can get frustrated with the higher ups when site issues are ignored or watered down instead of addressed head on.

The structure is quite good and many employees are willing to help you do your best. Socializing is great in the office and I have made many friends
