My managers are approachable whenever I need to talk to them. Mentoring is left to team members that I work more closely with.

Management are approachable, supportive and helpful. There are many senior people in the company who I would consider a good mentor and could trust for advice. Internal communication is good, managers listen to what the employees have to say and communicate effectively to the team. Managers provide opportunities for employees to develop skills if they express an interest (technical and non technical skills e.g. public speaking). Feedback is given in a constructive way. Praise and recognition is given where it is due.

My current manager is very knowledgeable and approachable.

My personal managers have been fantastic. Once it gets to high level they don't show themselves and are not accessible enough to other people. Can make them feel hard to be noticed.

Managers are dependent on the person, some are better at articulating roles, responsibilities and expectations than others.

My managers have all been highly skilled and friendly, which has been good for someone learning. They are more than happy to sit down and chat to explain concepts or what I need to do. The issue I have found with my managers is they are usually extremely busy, so it can be hard to catch them to ask these questions.

Accessible and always open for a chat. Mentorship does definitely fall on yourself in terms of seeking it. not much support in terms of processes or structure to find a mentor for you and your career objectives

It is okay but some room for improvements for interaction between managers and team members. There are only formal performance feedback , like once per year.

My manager is the best manager, my manager always helps his subordinates who are in trouble and teaches his subordinates to understand, my manager can also be invited to discuss together with his subordinates. There are no communication problems within our department

My current manager is great, always has time for me and is willing to support and nurture my growth in the company. He is a great mentor, he always gives me some sort of recognition and awarded me with a great contract at the end of the program for my hard work
