Easy Agile is a small, local team of fifteen (plus one overseas!) made up of people in software engineering, product management and marketing. The company was started in 2016 by ex-Atlassians Nick Muldoon and Dave Elkan, who wanted to live and work in Wollongong and build a tech community here. We have become a big part of local group Siligong Valley.
The development team uses mostly React Javascript to maintain and grow our four Atlassian Marketplace apps. We work in small, changeable teams on 2-4 week Opportunities to deliver valuable change to our customers and to the company. Every six weeks, we have Inception Week where we have a go at something new we're interested in and see what we can make!
Our customers are Agile teams across the globe, mostly (but not entirely) other software teams. We interact with them daily: every team member does customer support because we always want to know who we're building for.
