Our Programme focuses on their individual development and career path. They will learn more about their strengths and their interests within Mainfreight; whether in a leadership role, sales, operations, business development, IT, or finance. It’s up to you!

What will your 3-year graduate journey look like?

In your first 12 months, roll up your sleeves for a practical and hands-on learning experience at the core of our physical operation within one of our divisions to understand the fundamentals, the “what and “why”. This could include loading and unloading trucks on a forklift, picking, and packing orders, or devanning containers.

What are we offering you?

Alongside your journey you will begin to develop your business acumen through a multitude of soft skill and development courses. Digging deeper into leadership fundamentals, mentoring, and attending regular catch ups each year.
