Great leaders and effective mentors

They are very accessible. We all sit in the same open planned office, they are not hidden away in their own rooms. Just go up to them when I need help with something.

All my managers in my time have been so approachable and very open to helping. All communication is very open and casual. Performance reviews are done annually and is a great time for recognition of work.

Both my BM and ops manager are really easy to talk to and get along with and they're clear about the future of our branch and always give feedback (good or bad) and recognition. They both make really good mentors

Very accessible and they thrive on being mentors, you just need to make the connection with them initially!

They are approachable, there is a very flathierarchy even the General mangers know your name after a visit to your branch

Very accessible and have had the privilege of great mentors throughout my time, both at a branch level, regional and general management. Not many businesses where management and executive level individuals are at your disposal as mentors especially in the sales arena.

Yes very good lead by example & wouldn't do anything they wouldn't do themselves. Very approachable & always welling to help.

Managers are accessible and majority are good mentors. Regarding performance feedback we probably don't do that enough as a company you definitely know when something is going wrong but don't really hear much if stuff is going right.

Most managers I have had have been really good however i think that BMs dictate an awful lot on things such as salary resulting in uneven results across brands

Our Managers are very accessible- in terms of at Branch level and at Company level. My Branch Manager Noreen is one of my mentors and has taught me a lot in my time at DF. Internal comms, feedback and praise are all recognised also. At Company level, the GM'S etc are all awesome, speak at Grads nights, come out on the road on sales calls with us and are there for any advice we may need- Don, Carl, Nic, Rob etc.

Very accessible and very approachable! There are always exceptions to the rule but all the managers I have had have been great leaders and very good to work for.
