Brand new office, can't complain

Office itself is fine, just old. All the facilities are clean and everyone respects them. Business attire for the sales team and managers. Storemen wear uniforms

Open planned office, with great facilities. Cafeteria and cooked lunch on site for everyone. Dress code is dependent on your role. But anyone can rock up in their Mainfreight uniform on any day

Somewhat below par. While we've managed to generate some revenue during our time at this site, we're still operating out of portacoms and dealing with less than desirable facilities (restrooms, kitchen, depot itself). It's disheartening when you go and visit these other sites with the lavish offices and top-notch amenities being developed by the group too. However, the location is excellent, centrally situated and easily accessible.

Offices are open plan, and the facilities are well looked after. We recently got standing desks which are great! One big benefit is being on the subsidized lunch scheme, the food is great! In terms of dress code is professional.

We have amazing facilities, and there are so many new branches being built that look incredible like Hobsonville, Favona and Tauranga.

Again, second to none. Market leaders as far as our property investment and infrastructure.

Open plan office. Coffee machine for staff, complementary bread & fruit. Dress code is office attire/business casual. Uniform for store team provided which some office team chose to wear full time (comfy option).

Our depot needs some TLC but we are very excited to be a new depot next year and then coming back to a revamped depot. The office had rain leaking from the roof during winter so we had buckets on the desk and the depot needs a face lift. The site is overgrown now in terms of space/ loading dock and parking and we are having queues of trucks, containers etc each day. The new depot will mean we can bring more customers around and are proud to show off our depot and offices. Dress code is great in the office with sales team more formal, office in formal and depot team proudly wearing the blues. We like having to maintain a level of professionalism as this is what sets Mainfreight apart.

It's a work in progress! The building itself is run down and looking a little worse for wear. Not so purpose built anymore - there is only one women's bathroom vs 4 or 5 mens bathrooms. No access for wheelchair users to the office. It id due for full renovation next year so this should change a lot of the current niggles! Positives: - Location is awesome, super easy access from a lot of the local area - Office layout is awesome, very open plan and easy to communicate with others - Bathroom has a shower available - Full kitchen and kitchen team on site - Dress code is great! Varies slightly depending on roles, but for me it is a smart casual wardrobe plus a uniform for when I'm helping in the operation.
