The Struxture story

Struxture Group was born from the desire of a small group of experienced builders to create a team that embodies true excellence. In only a short time, we have grown to almost 60 friendly, dedicated professionals who are experts in delivering complex, high-quality construction projects across Australia and New Zealand. 

We are a close-knit group of problem-solvers with a keen eye for detail and a raft of building awards to show for it. We consider our clients an extension of our team, as evidenced by our history of collaborative and transparent working relationships with organisations that repeatedly return.

Our Graduate Program

Our Graduate program runs for 12 months in Construction Management. Our graduates gain hands-on construction management experience on a variety of projects and initiatives at all stages of planning, construction, and operation. Graduates work in office-based or site-based construction roles.

Our program is designed for graduates to get real exposure to the construction management across multiple industries - including Health, Education, Research, Aged Care, Justice, Commercial, Retail and Pharmaceutical sectors.

We include structured learning outcomes that focus on: 

  • Project administration
  • Cost management
  • Construction phases &roles
  • Programming
  • Tendering and estimating
  • Site safety & quality assurance

All graduates  have a dedicated buddy , and work within a team-orientated culture and supportive environment. Importantly, we offer our graduates permanent positions from day one.

What we are looking for?

Struxture is looking for graduates from academic disciplines related to construction and civil engineering. We are looking for people enjoy working in a fast paced and challenging environment.

To succeed in our program, you need to be curious, hardworking and motivated to pursue a career in construction. You will work independently and as part of a team, enjoy problem solving, collaborating and offer innovative and creative thinking, approaches, and insights. 

Who can apply? 

To be eligible to apply, you must have completed your construction management university degree within the last two years or be in your final year of study.  

The program starts in January 2025 and runs for 12 months. You must also be an Australian citizen and willing to undergo police, character and health checks as required.

  • Applications close on 30st of August 2024
  • Short-listing of candidates and phone interviews will occur, in which we'll talk about your career goals and skills
  • In-person interviews (where possible), to talk about your aspirations and what we offer in more detail
  • Reference checks, and
  • Offers to successful candidates during this process
