It is definitely a good idea to look into the types of work that the company does both inside the office and outside (formal work and volunteering). Work out what you like and would be interested in and make that clear on your resume, when you choose which specialisation to go for and how you present yourself in the interview. When preparing for the assessment center and interview, remember to be yourself and let others have plenty of opportunity to contribute whilst also doing so yourself.

Please only apply if you're open minded and have no expectations. Don't expect for a good training/mentoring program. If you're comfortable with uncertainty and being pulled around in different practice you've learned at Uni then this is for you. Also get comfortable with being on bench.

Be interested and passionate about the work the company is doing. Be yourself - at the end of the day, you're having a conversation with the interviewer and at times, I'm sure they would rather talk to you as you are, rather than hearing your technical answers for the whole duration.

The one specific tip is TO BE themselves. Not to overprepare for personal interview, just reflect on their values and their life. Be positive, believe in themselves. Do your research! Know the company and their values and be able to talk to why you want the role, remember as a grad you are a large investment to train up so they need to be confident that you will stay and essentially provide a return on investment for them. Above everything else, don't be afraid to show the real you (quirks and all) the hiring process is people centric and so if our can connect and create rapport you will do well.

One big tip I would give is to remember that they are not just assessing how much you know. A big part of the group interview was assessing how you work with a team in a stressful situation, so I would advise that people make sure they are listening to others and making people feel included when participating in the case study.
