Recruitment
Several stages of application - resume, online tasks, face-to-face interview. Why I was interested in the industry, what were my career aims, what management style did I like. I recommend researching how the company will suit your work style, look at expansion past your skills at present and how the company will help you achieve their goals and your personal goals.
