The role:

AECOM’s Resources and Industrial Business has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our well respected and highly motivated Mackay team.

The Mackay team consists of 30+ professionals who are passionate about delivering safe, innovative and sustainable infrastructure for the local community and further abroad. Our team has been instrumental in the delivery of iconic local infrastructure projects such as the Mackay Ring Road and Eton Range Realignment. We continue to deliver transformational and complex projects for our local client in Resources, Local and State Govt. The services we provide are diverse, with our advisory, planning, design and project management skills encompassing flood modelling (with the latest high-tech simulation and Machine Learning software), water and sewer infrastructure, transportation, mining, building services and social precincts. We also support the construction of transport and seaport projects with project management and contract administration services.  We are one of the largest infrastructure consultants in Mackay, founded on technical know-how, a strong culture of care and trust and renowned for high performance. Mackay is a regional coastal town of approximately 100,000 people, with the northern Queensland hot spot on the doorstep of the beautiful Whitsunday Islands and is home to 31 amazing local beaches, the beautiful blue water Pioneer River, Eungella rainforest and more.

Qualifications:

Electrical Engineering Degree - final year or you have completed your studies within the previous two-year period
